Wiki access whitelist deployed to Vercel across all environments

The whitelist update was deployed to production following the secure remove-then-add pattern across all Vercel environments. The AAI_INTERNAL_ACCESS environment variable was removed from production, preview, and development, then the merged JSON containing the new permissions was added to all three environments. Post-deployment verification confirmed the changes took effect: two users (lunhsiang.yuan@gmail.com and jianda.yuan@merck.com) now have access to 5 wikis including the newly deployed fih-oncology-drugs, while the other two users retained their original 4-wiki access level. This completes the secure whitelist update workflow that prevents accidental permission overwrites by reading existing state before modification and verifying after deployment.
