Automation infrastructure missing CODEX_HOME configuration
The system monitoring automation attempted to read its memory file to avoid duplicate work and track trends over time. However, the CODEX_HOME environment variable required to construct the memory file path is not set in the current shell session. This blocks access to historical baseline data that would enable trend analysis (comparing current disk usage to previous runs). The automation can still execute disk checks but cannot fulfill the requirement to compare against previous runs or update persistent memory.
