First confirmed database schema showing trial table with 20 columns including nct_id, brief_title, phases, overall_status, start_date, and is_fih_subset flag. Then executed query joining trial, v_trial_indication_family, trial_intervention, and sponsor tables filtered by family_key=‘head_neck_cancer’ and is_fih_subset=1, extracting 40 trials sorted by start_date DESC.
